Piedmont Tech and the University of Phoenix have signed an articulation agreement that will create greater educational opportunities for students from the technical college.

Under the agreement, Piedmont Tech students will be able to pursue degree opportunities at the Columbia campus of the University of Phoenix. Students will have full access to all degree programs available through the University's Online Campus.

One of the key benefits for Piedmont Tech students will occur when they choose to continue on to earn a bachelor's degree at University of Phoenix. The articulation agreement will ensure a seamless transition for those students who choose to pursue a bachelor's program.

The educational opportunities for Piedmont students include the option of obtaining a degree in a variety of disciplines, including business and information technology. In addition, all Piedmont students will be able to access a wealth of Phoenix resources including the university's extensive online library.
