The New York Board of Regents/State Education Department has approved the merger of the DeVry Institute of Technology and the Keller Graduate School of Management within the confines of the state. The new joint venture will go under the name of the DeVry College of New York.

Prior to the recently approved merger, DeVry Inc. operated two separate colleges in the State of New York. The joining of the two schools will simplify the connection between the undergraduate and graduate levels of the University.

The primary campus of the new DeVry College of New York will be located near the Citicorp Tower in Long Island City, Queens. Under the new umbrella, the school will continue to offer a comprehensive array of offerings including Associate, Bachelor's and Master's degree programs,

The merger will also allow the school to offer a full range of undergraduate degree programs at DeVry College of New York's extension center in Manhattan.
